ASD SHOWER ENCLOSURE PRODUCT WARRANTY LIFETIME PRODUCT WARRANTY – Arizona Shower Door (ASD) warrants all manufactured goods (excluding Heavy Glass Swing Units) against defects in workmanship or material subject to ordinary wear and tear for the life of the product. This warranty shall not apply if damage was due to abuse, improper installation, and improper use or if the product is damaged in handling or installation. This warranty does not extend to any labor charges incurred in the removal, re-installation or replacement of any defective product or parts thereof. This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Heavy Glass Swing Units have a limited lifetime warranty on the glass and 3 year limited warranty on the hardware. The Arizona Shower Door Glass Protector (purchased separately) is not covered under the Arizona Shower Door Lifetime Warranty – however, it is covered under its own 3 year manufacture warranty. In the event of defect, malfunction or other failure of the product to which this warranty applies, ASD will remedy the failure, or defect, without charge to the consumer. The remedy will consist of replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price at ASD’s option. This warranty covers parts only; labor, freight and other ancillary costs are not included.
