| INSTALLATION PROPOSAL Complete the job as follows: 01. Tear off existing bath tub 02. Install dedicated electrical line (30Amp circle breaker) from electrical box to unit 03. Convert existing plumbing setting up hot and cold water lines and drain for easy unit installation 04. Install wall tiles all the way to the floor (in existing tub area) 05. Install new underlayment and tiles on the floor (where tub used to be) 06. Install walk-in tub per approved installation procedures 07. Test run the unit making sure everything is working properly 08. Pick up all debris related to the job 09. There is no other work to be done at this time Total: $ 6,100.00 Extras: A. Installation of outside (in wall) hot and cold water mixer and additional faucet Total: $ 2,280.00 This offer can be combined with our BATHROOM SPECIAL*. However, it has to be adjusted for dedicated ectrical line (30Amp breaker).
