Durarock (wonderboard) to be installed in tub area. 04. Floors to be taken up to sub-floor and prepared for new marble/granite, ceramic or no wax vinyl tile flooring. 05. Installation of new tub, glass shower door, toilet, vanity cabinet (up to 36.0 inches), medicine cabinet (up to 36.0 inches) with light bar, laminate or cultured marble vanity top. 06. Installation of new shower and tub faucet, vanity faucet. 07. Installation of new marble/granite or ceramic tile in tub area (to ceiling) and new marble/granite, or ceramic, or no wax vinyl tile floor with proper underlayment. 08. Installation of new GFI outlet (1), light switch (1), center light-fan combination where it is needed. 09.
